GENERAL CONDITIONS
The luggage storage is located in the Bus Station Departure Area, at the level of stall number 9. The opening hours, without exception, are from 06:30 to 22:00, from Monday to Sunday, every day of the year.
RATES
● Standard luggage (dimensions 55x45x20), from the 1st to the 6th day €5.00;
● Standard luggage from the 7th day €3.00;
● Large luggage (dimensions 75x55x20), from the 1st to the 6th day €8.00;
● Large luggage from the 7th day € 5.00;
● The rate for other items will be agreed upon with the vendor.
LUGGAGE NOT ACCEPTED FOR DEPOSIT
Luggage containing the following goods/items is not accepted for deposit:
● Dangerous or flammable items;
● Perishable goods: for example, food or beverages subject to spoilage;
● Valuable items such as cameras, camcorders, computers, mobile phones, jewelry, etc.;
● Oversized luggage;
● Luggage that may cause deterioration of the deposit infrastructure or damage to other deposited luggage.
Luggage in poor condition may be refused.
LUGGAGE DEPOSIT PROCEDURE
At the time of depositing the luggage in the deposit, the staff must fill out the appropriate form containing:
● the quantity of items deposited;
● the date and time of delivery to the deposit;
● the estimated date and time of return;
● the amount collected for the deposit;
● the surname and name of the depositor.
The form is signed by the customer, who is given a copy.
The customer's signature on the form by the user implies knowledge and acceptance of the conditions, terms, rates, and opening and closing hours of the service.
The staff at the luggage deposit is not required to verify the identity of those requesting the deposit.
LUGGAGE PICK-UP PROCEDURE
The deposited items are returned to the holder of the payment receipt and/or the copy of the form filled out during acceptance, upon collection of the deposit amount.
The staff at the luggage deposit must verify, at the time of return, only the correspondence of the receipt presented by the person retrieving the luggage and not the identity of the presenter.
However, if the staff at the luggage deposit has reasonable doubts that the presenter of the receipt is not the legitimate owner of the items, they must suspend the return and request the necessary proof from the presenter. In the absence of such proof, the items will remain in deposit until the necessary verifications are completed.
FAILURE TO RETRIEVE LUGGAGE WITHIN THE SET TIMEFRAME
After 5 days from the declared pick-up date at the time of deposit, unclaimed items are considered abandoned, and the depositor loses any right to compensation or reimbursement for them.
The luggage deposit may, at its discretion, proceed with the destruction or delivery to non-profit organizations that request it, of the luggage and its contents.
In the event of circumstances that lead to the failure to retrieve luggage within the set timeframe, and if it is retrieved later, please contact the numbers 328.7330725 or 329.2189939 immediately.
RESPONSIBILITY
Tibus is not responsible for damages and natural deterioration of the luggage deposited under its direct custody that are not attributable to its fault.
