Retroactive Complaints
Users of the bus station are informed that, in accordance with ART resolution no. 94 of June 11, 2025, issued within the framework of the proceedings of resolution no. 10 of January 24, 2025, Tibus will allow users to submit retroactive complaints regarding the services provided by the bus station for any deficiencies occurring between October 29, 2024, and April 4, 2025.
Any interested party may submit a complaint starting from June 26, 2025, until – and without extension – July 26, 2025.

A sample of the form is posted in paper format on the bulletin board near the central ticket office.
